In Year 11 they receive guidance and encouragement when completing application forms for college, sixth form or apprenticeships. Through our links with Birmingham Metropolitan College, students are given the opportunity to participate in careers events and other enrichment activities. SMSC, PSHE and British Values are integrated into our schemes and taught cross-curricularly; alongside literacy and numeracy, time is also found to deliver these aspects of our curriculum during form periods, assemblies and challenge days.
